I had a wedding invitation that had the 44 cent wedding stamp but then she was told they were non-machinable and her choices were the ram and star or 2 clock stamps. Why does the wedding stamps come out so late in the year? I think that the chips should come with a USB port cradle. Then when rates change we simply remove the chip and place it in the cradle and down load the new rates.
