I can only go to the post office before and after work - meaning I NEVER get to deal with a person, just a machine. It could have offered me one - or even all three prepaid envelopes - but instead I paid twice as much to send one envelope, and I had to buy the envelope too!! Many customers ...I think it's an awesome idea. Many customers dread having to go to the Post Office to mail things and/or not knowing the correct amount of postage. Now, they can just fill and address the box, then turn it over to their carrier. Furthermore, boxes will be purchased that are never used, generating revenue without USPS even having to provide the actual service, similar to selling stamps to collectors.grannybunnynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7427238665701917635.post-8716173293522005432011-05-10T03:24:41.227-07:002011-05-10T03:24:41.227-07:00Are they going to be easily shown to be different ...Are they going to be easily shown to be different from the envelopes and boxes that don't have the postage already prepaid. We already have a lot of customers who think they prepay and don't have to pay when they mail them. Hopefully because these are purchased with a credit card on-line we will consider them "known" customers and not have to require them to be presented to a USPS retail employee. That wasn't the case with the pre-stamped Express Mail envelopes that were avaialble on-line in years past.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
