Check out this video showing postal packages arriving in Afghanistan for distribution to the troops!
The link shows footage of service members volunteering at a Post Office in Afghanistan to sort through more than 200,000 pounds of holiday mail destined for the troops.

Note all the Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes! This video was produced by Marine Staff Sgt. Clinton Firstbrook for the Military News Network.
On a side note, this is a reminder to properly package all boxes. They need to be "tough."

No wonder our customers are complaining about the condition of their parcels!! Can't (or didn't) anyone train these folks!!
Yes! In my 30 yr career this is the most APO AE mail I have ever seen! The people love the special APO box!
Many more APO packages this year. The flat rate military box rocks. My father died in Vietnam and getting to help my customers get care packages to their loved ones and friends really makes me feel great. One young man in my community has been "adopted" by so many church groups and community groups that I have his address memorized! I've been sending him several flat rate boxes a week since before Thanksgiving.
Mail call......it seems like forever since I was part of that process! As a retired soldiers, I love seeing the troops receiving care packages....they are always such a morale booster!!
