A celebration of Latino culture and vibrant, colorful works of art was held in Denver, CO, in October. Unveiling the Latin Jazz Stamp were young performers from the Ballet Folklorico Internacional and Colorado/Wyoming District Hispanic Program Specialist Roger Ramirez. Dance performances were also given by the Colorado Conservatory for the Jazz Arts.Museo Director Patty Ortiz commented that great stamp images emerge from great works of art.
