USPS Ready Post products are sturdy, convenient, and a great buy. Apparently, they are also useful for more than just mailing items. This one must also be fairly waterproof.
I am an inventor myself so I love to see ingenuity and innovation. However, the use of duct tape does imply that this is a short term solution.

Looks like Red Green has been shopping at the Post Office!! :)
We stamp the bar code on all purchased Ready Post so the next clerk knows it was paid for. Doesn't look like they did that.
I just saw a vehicle drive by that had a FedEx box taped into a broken window.
So I guess we're competing for that business, too.
I will come that kind of innovative solution. Being an inventor he is worth for his idea.
