"Please Clear Your Box"

Carriers throughout the Midwest have been especially hit hard the last few weeks, with heavy snow, strong winds and frigid temperatures.

Yikes! Photos like this remind me why I moved from South Dakota. I'm a winter wussie now.

Until my husband and I moved to the country, I had no idea how deep drifts could get with just a little snow and wind. Kudos to the carriers of the Postal Service, especially those on rural routes!
