The flag was up guys. For anyone knowing mailboxes it is meant for pickup and it shows that there are certain things or categories USPS is not ready yet to deliver!
Everyone including the Stork believes the USPS employees are good corporate citizens. In this case if they find a baby in the mailbox they would atleast call 911 and ensure baby is saved if it is not part of their work description.
"Gee, the deilvery was right on time, but those self-adheseive Forever stamps are really hard to get out of Baby's hair...good thing we didn't include a delivery confirmation card"
