Sad but true. We need to support our business.

They don't give the carriers the time to promote their products. They have a sales force that is supposed to be promoting, they can't even follow up on customer connect contacts ... too busy doing nothing in the grand scheme of things I suppose. It is not on the carriers back that is going to save the PO. Management would rather rather assign blame to others rather then fixing the problem at hand. What ever happened to team work. If everyone is on the same team than it would be a win win for all.

I totally agree, all of us know that customer service is not the real goal here, it is all about stats!! So frustrating to always be hearing about which area is leading, how are your office scores...and yadda yadda yadda.
This organization has way to many statisticians.

omg....are you for real. we are a "company" that is required to compete in the free market, using an outmoded business model and management that has evolved from craft. there is no way we can generate significant revenue until the company begin to tap the resources of people inside and out that are QUALIFIED to lead.
